Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Consumable items once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
